Founded in 2012, Shanghai Hangbo Alloy Group Co., Ltd is a modern enterprise specialising in the production, processing and sales of alloy materials for aerospace, aviation, shipbuilding, nuclear power, petroleum, chemical and machinery manufacturing industries.
We melt and process high-temperature alloys, nickel-based alloys, precision alloys, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel and titanium materials. Product types include forgings, plates, bars, seamless tubes, flange fittings and precision machined parts. The plant covers 30,000 m² and employs 150 people, and the company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Because melting, forging, heat treatment and testing are in-house, the heat number on the certificate is the heat number that was melted here — not a trader's reference to somebody else's mill.

Vacuum capacity
Two 500 kg VIM furnaces and two ESR units bring superalloy melting in-house.
Press and hammers
A 20 t hydraulic press and four 1 t hammers extend the range from bar to discs, blocks and rings.
Export supply
