Melted in our own furnaces in Shanghai, tested in our own laboratory, and released with a certificate that matches the marking on the material. EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, with chemistry, mechanical results and heat-number traceability.

Three things that change the price
The same grade in the same form can differ by a wide margin on these three points alone.
Tube standard first, grade second.
ASTM B163, B167 and B407 cover different grades, and the mechanical test requirements differ between them. A purchase order that names only the grade leaves the tube standard open.
Test pressure and eddy current are order items.
Hydrostatic test pressure, eddy-current examination and the acceptance criteria are separate line items on a tube order, not defaults.
Tube sheets are usually a different alloy.
Quoting tube and tube sheet off one grade over-specifies one side of the exchanger. Send both sides if the design calls for two materials.

Which grades are available as seamless tube?
23 grades are listed against a tube or pipe standard in our data, including Inconel 600, 625, 690 and 617, Monel 400 and 401, 904L, 254 SMO, 2205, 2507 and the 300-series austenitics.
Is welded tube available?
The tube we quote is seamless unless your specification calls for welded and the grade supports it. Say which the design requires.
Can you supply to a superheater specification?
Yes, against the tube standard and grade named on your specification, with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 documentation and third-party inspection before shipment.
