Nickel alloy wire
Drawn wire in 12 grades for welding consumables, springs, mesh and fasteners, supplied in coils or cut lengths with the heat number traced to the coil.
Melted in our own furnaces in Shanghai, tested in our own laboratory, and released with a certificate that matches the marking on the material. EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, with chemistry, mechanical results and heat-number traceability.

Three things that change the price
The same grade in the same form can differ by a wide margin on these three points alone.
Wire gauge and temper are two specifications.
Diameter alone does not define the product; the temper and the surface condition decide whether it draws, springs or feeds.
Coil weight affects your machine, not just the price.
A coil that is too heavy for the payoff stops the line. Give the maximum coil weight the machine accepts.
Welding wire carries its own standard.
Filler metal for a nickel alloy joint is specified separately from the base metal, and the two have to match.
Wire: questions buyers ask
Drawn from the same grade data as the table above.
Which grades are available as wire?
12 grades are listed against a wire standard in our data, including Inconel 600, 625 and 718, Monel 400 and Hastelloy C276.
Can you supply cut lengths instead of coils?
Yes. Give the cut length, the tolerance and the maximum coil weight your equipment accepts.
Is the wire suitable for welding consumables?
Wire for filler metal is quoted against the filler standard named on your order rather than the base-metal standard, so name it on the enquiry.
Send the grade, the size, the quantity.
We will quote wire against your specification, including lead time, inspection level and documents.
